Gray Fox and Blooming Agave shows the relationship these two species have in our natural world. Mr. Fox had climbed up in the agave plant and was eating the blossoms. He also snapped at and ate the bees which were swarming around his head. If you look closely, you will see them.

Wyman was driving out of Fort Davis past the McDonald Obervatory when he spotted this little fellow some 11 feet up in the plants flower pods. After quite a stalk, Wyman rested his camera lens on a barb wire fence and was only able to capture two images before the fox heard the shutter, headed down the plant, and scampered away. This print is a must have!
