Life Blood of the Plains

In the narrow recesses of Palo Duro Canyon natural springs still issue their ancient lifeblood into the ravines and canyonlands. Here a small “pour off” sends water cascading toward its distant destination of the Red River.

    I love this I use to live in Snider,Texas and I would drive by the Palo Duro Canyon every time I had to go to Okla. for something,, I totally love the views even from the highway..
